The charity gala aimed to raise funds for the Burnaby Hospital Foundation, specifically for a major reconstruction project at Burnaby Hospital. Upon completion, the hospital campus will feature two new treatment buildings and a cancer center, addressing the current shortage of medical resources and meeting the growing healthcare needs of Burnaby and Vancouver for generations to come.

By the end of THE R•MEDYMD BALL charity gala, a total of $76,450 was raised, and amidst cheers and applause, the donation was handed over to the Burnaby Hospital Foundation representative.
